Hide columns and reset the columns of My Team
Hide the columns of My Team you do not need, and go back to the default columns when you want.
Before you start
You need:
- Access to My Team (the people icon in the side menu)
New to the app? Start with Sign in to the web app.
When to use it
When the list is too wide to read, or you want to undo your column changes.
Step by step

Step 1: Click a shown column to hide it
Click the ⋮ button at the right end of the table header to open Table columns. In the Shown: list, click the column you want to hide. Its checkbox clears and the column moves to the Hidden: list.
Tip: First Name and Last Name cannot be hidden - they show a lock instead of a checkbox.

Step 3: Click Reset to bring back the default columns
To undo your changes, open Table columns again and click Reset at the top of the panel. The default columns are back in the Shown: list and in the table.
What happens next
The table shows the columns you chose, or the default columns after Reset.
Good to know
- Your columns are remembered in this browser only, until you click Reset.
- Hiding the column the list is sorted by also removes that sort.
